That depends on how long your calls are. On average, a call lasts between 2.5 to 3 minutes.  Assuming each call is 3 minutes long, you would get approximately:  25 calls on Starter, 65 Calls on Standard, 115 Calls on Premium, and 200 Calls on Pro.

It really varies per type of call, but most of ours are between 2.5 and 3.5 minutes on average. When you start your free trial, your Onboarding Specialist will review how many calls you receive and then can estimate what package will be right for you moving forward.

When you sign up for service, we’ll provide a local or toll-free phone number. You can either advertise this number directly, or you can forward your calls to it from your current number. Forward calls all the time, or only at certain times.

No, there are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Package minutes don’t roll over from one billing cycle to another, but if you find that you’re not consistently using all of your minutes, give us a call to see if another size plan might be better suited to your needs.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; your changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Nope, our free trial is a full-feature test run of the same services you’d be using after the free trial, and you can use up to half of the package minutes that come with the plan you select.
