When you sign up for service, we’ll provide a local or toll-free phone number. You can either advertise this number directly, or you can forward your calls to it from your current number. Forward calls all the time, or only at certain times.

Yes, with our FindMe feature, we can try to reach you at up to four different numbers before calls rollover to your PATLive receptionists.

We’re proud to support all of the major calendar and scheduling tools, including AppointmentPlus, Calendly, Google Calendar, MindBody, Schedulicity and SetMore. However, if you don’t use one of these platforms, we may still be able to help with your scheduling. Typically, we can work with any software suite that’s web-based, so long as it doesn’t require specialized training.

That’s entirely up to you. We can send a push notification in our apps any time there is a scheduling update, or you can rely on the notifications that are built into your calendaring software.

We’ll always go by the availability on the calendar you’ve provided us, so all you have to do is block the time off with a self-explanatory label like “Out Sick” or “Out on Vacation” and our receptionists will automatically schedule around these blocks.
