We pride ourselves in the robust call handling capabilities that we offer, but we realize that not everything can be done directly in our platform. Whether you want agents to schedule appointments in your calendar software, place orders in your ecommerce platform, create leads or open tickets in your CRM, or something else entirely, we try to accommodate client's 3rd party software whenever possible. As a general rule, if it's web-based and doesn't require specialized training, then we're happy to integrate it into your call handling script.
