Award Recognizes Team Members Who Embody the Company’s Founding Values, Culture, and Commitment to Service
TALLAHASSEE, FL — April 9, 2026 — PATLive, a leading provider of live virtual receptionist services, recently announced the first recipients of the Glen A. Davidson Legacy Award, honoring Duane Gilbert and Jessica Brennan for their outstanding contributions to the company’s culture, values, and customer experience.
Established in 2025, the Glen A. Davidson Legacy Award recognizes team members who exemplify the guiding principles and people-first philosophy instilled by PATLive’s founder, Glen Davidson. The award celebrates individuals whose daily actions help preserve and advance the culture that has defined PATLive for more than 35 years.
“Duane and Jessica represent the very best of who we are as an organization,” said PATLive CEO Jackie Gonzalez, Esq. “They don’t just live our values, they strengthen them. Their leadership, accountability, and care for both customers and teammates reflect the legacy Glen built and the future we are committed to protecting.”
The award was presented during PATLive’s annual company meeting, with special remarks from Sharyn Davidson, widow of founder Glen Davidson, who joined the celebration to honor her late husband’s enduring impact on the organization.
“Glen believed deeply in people; in their potential, their integrity, and their ability to do meaningful work when given trust and opportunity,” said Sharyn Davidson. “Seeing that legacy carried forward through Duane and Jessica is incredibly meaningful to our family. They embody the qualities Glen admired most: belief, hard work, humility, and perseverance.”
Honoring a Legacy of People and Purpose
Duane Gilbert, Senior Software Developer, was recognized for his consistent leadership, problem-solving mindset, and unwavering professionalism. Over his impressive 26-year tenure with PATLive, he’s always been known for his willingness to “figure it out” and support colleagues across teams, Duane has played a critical role in ensuring operational excellence while fostering trust and collaboration.
Jessica Brennan, Client Experience Manager, was honored for her adaptability, initiative, and commitment to stepping up when it matters most.
