Agent:Perfect. You will receive a text message reminder for your booking and we have you scheduled. Do you need directions to the office?
Caller:Actually, yes. That would be great.
Agent:If you go down Park Avenue, make a right onto fourth, you’ll see our sign on the left just next to the Publix.
Caller:Sounds good. I’ll see you on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. One last thing, do you know what she charges for both the trim and partial?
Agent:Rose charges $95 for the partial and $20 for the trim. Altogether she charges a discounted rate of $105.
