Caller:Hi. My name is Dolores Fiancco. I’m currently having trouble with my laptop. It’s working fine, but there’s an internal “tapping” noise that sounds like my hard drive is malfunctioning. I really don’t know a lot about computers, but I was hoping you all could help me.
Agent:I apologize, our IT consultants are currently speaking with other customers, but I would be more than happy to take a message and have them contact you back immediately. May I have your phone number, please?

Caller:No.

Caller:Actually, can you have Rachel call me still whenever she is available again? I’d like to speak with her regarding my current agreement with you.
Agent:Absolutely. Can she call you on the number we have on file for you?
Caller:Yes. I haven’t changed phone numbers, so the one you have is perfect.
