It takes a special type of person to offer exceptional customer service. At PATLive, taking care of our customers and callers is our number one priority. Not only do we want to give our customers top notch service, but we are trusted to provide that amazing customer service for other companies with our live answer services!

Our agents constantly maintain a positive disposition regardless of the challenges that sometimes arise as a customer service representative. Since we know this job can’t be done by just anyone, PATLive likes to recognize agents on a monthly basis through our Star Employee of the Month Program. We nominate agents that consistently go above and beyond to service our customers. This month, our Star is Corin Bradley.

Meet Corin!

Corin has been recognized for being an active member of the Help Desk Team and is constantly trying to excel in all areas by increasing his knowledge and skillset so that he can provide excellent customer service everytime.

We asked Corin to tell us a bit about himself so that we could capture and share exactly what makes him Star Status.

Corin is a bit of a free spirit, and sometimes his days off find him piled into a 5 seat car with his best friends to go on road trips for no reason at all. When he’s not off on adventures, he’s watching sports on the couch or avoiding major wipe outs on his skateboard. Corin admits to being a music snob, and spends a lot of time listening to hardcore bands from the 90s and hip hop (but only the good stuff, obviously). This sense of adventure is part of what makes him a great live answer agent-he’s always willing to learn new things, and expects nothing but the best from himself.

 

Q: Where are you from?

A: New Port Richey, FL

Q: How long have you been at PATLive?

A: 1 year

Q: Name something memorable from your first day at PATLive.

A: On my first day I remember being very hot because I wore pants and a long sleeve shirt to cover my tattoos because I didn’t want anyone to judge me. (don’t worry, no judgment here)

 Q: What was the best day you’ve had at PATLive so far, and why?

A: The best day would have to be getting off early to go watch Jurassic World in a private theater with my awesome coworkers!

 Q: Who would win a fight between Spiderman and Batman, and why?  

A: Spiderman would beat Batman in a fight because his web is better than Batman’s gadgets.
