The Florida Flu Information Line is available for citizens’ questions regarding H1N1 and seasonal flu at 1-877-FLA-FLU1 or 1-877-352-3581.
PATLive receptionists field calls from concerned citizens regarding the H1N1 virus and vaccination. The purpose of the hotline is to facilitate the dissemination of accurate information about the virus, how it is spread, and vaccination. In addition, callers can inquire about symptoms, how they can protect against contracting the virus, current status in Florida, where to get vaccinated, and a host of other pertinent information. The hotline is currently receiving between 80 – 100 calls per day.
