PATLive Relocates

State-of-the-art computer facilities and green building practices offer a great place to work and room to grow.

Tallahassee, FL – June 21, 2008 – PATLive, a provider of automated and live phone call management services, announced today that it has moved from North Point Boulevard in Tallahassee to the rebuilt Cedars Executive Center on North Monroe Street. “During a growth spurt two years ago we ran out of parking. Additional growth was going to be constrained by available seating and our maxed-out computer facilities,” said PATLive’s President and CEO Doug Wussler. “We were packed into three small buildings and needed a solution. Our vision for a bigger and better facility where we could be under one roof has now been realized.”

The new location allows PATLive to expand its answering center from 55 to 94 seats, including plenty of parking, and the new computer room can accommodate many multiples of growth. PATLive’s employees will have more space but, more importantly, they will enjoy a modern and much more professional environment.

PATLive’s customers will be better served at the new location too. “As part of this move, we invested heavily in our availability and resiliency,” said Ken Devivo, Vice President of Development and IT. The new office is connected to Embarq’s redundant fiber network and it can supply six days of its own electricity on a tank of generator fuel.

Wussler said that the move will vastly improve PATLive’s operational efficiencies and will position the company for growth: “This will be PATLive’s first relocation in almost 20 years of business and gives us the opportunity to be much more than we have ever been before. And it coincides with our first significant service enhancement in over seven years. There’s never been a more exciting time in our history.”
