Leadership Tallahassee recognizes Glen Davidson for community leadership.
Tallahassee, FL - September 20, 2007 - PATLive, a provider of automated and live phone call management services, announced today that its Chairman, Glen Davidson, was Leadership Tallahassee's choice for the 2007 Servant Leadership Award.
According to the Web site for Leadership Tallahassee (a program started in 1983 by the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce) the recipient of the Servant Leadership Award is someone who has "demonstrated consistent community leadership and begun to achieve results beyond a single field or endeavor, combining efforts in business and nonprofit organizations. Individuals with 10 to 25 years of community involvement would be considered for this award."
According to Leadership Tallahassee’s Executive Director, Barbara Boone, he clearly deserves to be recognized. “Many deserving people were nominated, but Glen stood out. Because of his involvement and leadership with the community for many years, the awards committee chose to honor him.”
In addition to his local leadership, Davidson is a trustee of The Foundation Fighting Blindness.
