PATLive Releases Voice Broadcasting Service

Voice broadcasting is used to notify employees, alert students and send appointment reminders to customers.

Tallahassee, FL – March 16, 2007 - PATLive, a provider of automated and live phone call management services, announced today the release of its voice broadcasting service. After recording a message over the phone and uploading a phone list over the Internet, the user sets a schedule and the service delivers the message.

PATLive's system can detect if the phone is answered by a person or an answering machine and deliver a message designed for either case. The called party can respond with key presses to take actions offered by the caller, such as confirming receipt of the message or transferring to a live agent.
