Port your existing local or toll-free telephone numbers to save money on your phone service and access advanced features like call tracking and reporting.
Number Porting Process:
- Check to see if the number is portable.
- Fill out port request form for local or toll-free numbers. (Port request forms are different for local versus tol-free numbers. Please ensure you submit the appropriate form.)
- Print and send the form to us along with an invoice or bill from your current provider.

- Once we receive a completed form, PATLive will request the telephone number from your current service provider.
- Please allow three weeks for the current provider to process request and port the number to PATLive.
- PATLive will contact you as soon as we have the phone number to activate your service.
The porting process can take up to 3 weeks. You will incur a one-time porting fee of $15.
