Mandarin-Speaking Customer Care Representative

PATLive is expanding service to Taiwan and must
add support for the Mandarin language. We need
to fill full- and part-time Customer Care positions to
provide excellent customer service in both English
and Mandarin. Several positions in our fast-paced, 24 x 7 Telephone Answering Center are available and needed immediately.

Our Customer Care Representatives assist customers with their account needs and they also handle faxes, respond to email, transcribe voice messages and ensure our callers get excellent service. To qualify for this demanding position the following skills are required:


  • excellent customer service skills
  • fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • must be reliable
  • good conversational and writing skills

  • good 'telephone voice'
  • ability to multi-task with a phone and computer
  • minimum typing skills of 30 wpm
  • must enjoy helping people
  • positive attitude
  • strong work ethic
